Ingredients

  • 24 Slider Buns (I use King's Hawaiian Rolls)
  • 2 pounds Ground Beef, 80/20
  • 1 cup Onions, small diced
  • 1 Tablespoon Seasoned Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 16 ounces Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 8 slices Bacon, cooked
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon and set aside on a plate with paper towels to drain.

  2. Heat the oven to 350°F.

  3. Spray a 13 X 9 pan with cooking spray. Place the bottoms of the buns in the pan.

Note: some buns may need to be cut.

  4. In a mixing bowl, thoroughly mix the ground beef, onions, seasoned salt, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder.

  5. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat and add the beef mix. You might need to cook it batches.

  6. Once the beef is fully cooked, drain the grease. Mix the cheddar cheese into the meat. Spread the meat mixture on the bottoms of the buns.

  7. Place the bacon even on top of the meat and place the bun tops on the burgers.

  8. Melt the butter and spread it over the top of the buns with a basting brush. Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the tops.

  9. Place in the oven for 10 minutes. Using a knife, cut the sliders apart.
