Best Barbeque (BBQ) Rub

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup Paprika
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Oregano
  • 2 teaspoons Ground Cumin
  • 2 teaspoons Ground Mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Ground Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Celery Salt

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.

  2. Store in an airtight container up to 6 months. It can last up to 12 months in a container that has a rubber seal like shown in the photos.
