Ingredients

  • 1 12 oz bag Fresh Cranberries, rinsed
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Orange Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar
  • Pinch of Salt

Instructions

  1. Add the cranberries, water, orange juice, lime juice, honey, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and salt to a medium saucepan and mix well.

  2. Set the heat on high and bring the mix to a boil. Turn the heat down to medium-low and let simmer for 12-15 minutes, or until all the cranberries have burst.

  3. Allow the sauce to cool about 15-30 to thicken before serving.

  4. Store the sauce in the fridge in an airtight container.

Recipe Notes

  • Add in a cinnamon stick or a teaspoon of vanilla for a variety of flavor.
  • You can store the sauce in an airtight container of bag in the freezer for up to 3 month.
  • You can use cranberry juice instead of orange juice.
  • Frozen cranberries will work fine as well.
