Best Homemade Whipped Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 pint Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 cup White Sugar
  • 2 1/2 Tablespoons Honey

Instructions

  1. Pour the heavy whipping cream, white sugar, and honey into a metal mixing bowl.

  2. Using a had blender or stand-up mixer on blend on medium speed for about 2-3 minutes. Turn off the blender/mixer and scrape the sides with a rubber spatula.

  3. Resume blending on medium-high speed for another 3-5 minutes or until the cream is thick. Be careful not to over blend as you'll turn it into butter.

Tip: If you do not have either a hand blender or stand up mixer, you can use a whisk and muscle!
