Place the chopped romaine lettuce in 4 salad bowls. Top each bowl of lettuce with some red onions, prosciutto, dried cranberries, and candied pecans.

Dice the prosciutto into small pieces.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the prosciutto until crispy, about 3-5 minutes.
