Ingredients

  • 24 Slider Buns (I used King's Hawaiian Rolls)
  • 24 slices Domestic Ham
  • 8-12 slices Havarti Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 24 sliced Dill Pickles
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Yellow Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon Poppy Seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 350°F.

  2. Spray a 13 X 9 cooking pan with cooking spray and place the bottoms of the buns in the pan.

Note: some buns will need to be cut.

  3. Mix the Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and onion powder in a small bowl. Spread the mix on the bottoms of the buns.

  4. Place a slice of ham on each bun, then place the Havarti cheese on top side by side to cover the ham. Place a pickle on each bun.

  5. Mix the mayonnaise and yellow mustard in a small bowl and spread the mix on the inside of the bun tops. Place the tops on the sandwiches.

  6. Melt the butter and spread it on the tips using a basting brush. Sprinkle some poppy seeds and sesame seeds on the tops.

  7. Place in the oven for 10 minutes. After removing the sliders from the oven, use a knife to cut the sliders apart.
