Easy Homemade Remoulade Sauce

Remoulade sauce is a French mayo base sauce that's used a lot in Cajun food. Here's my simple recipe:

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard* (I use Maille Dijon Originale Mustard)
  • 1 Tablespoon Whole Grain Mustard* (I use Maille Old Style Mustard)
  • 2 teaspoons Horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl. Refrigerate for 1 hour for best flavor.

Recipe Notes

* I use Maille (pronounced "my") brand of Mustard. I have used a number of different brands over the years and this is the best I've found.
