Easy Homemade Remoulade Sauce
Remoulade sauce is a French mayo base sauce that's used a lot in Cajun food. Here's my simple recipe:

Mayonnaise

Dijon Mustard*
(I use Maille Dijon Originale Mustard)

Whole Grain Mustard*
(I use Maille Old Style Mustard)

Horseradish

Worcestershire Sauce

teaspoon
Lemon Juice

teaspoons
Cajun Seasoning

teaspoon
Paprika

Garlic, minced

Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl. Refrigerate for 1 hour for best flavor.
* I use Maille (pronounced "my") brand of Mustard. I have used a number of different brands over the years and this is the best I've found.
