Jalapeño Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 12 ounce bag Fresh Cranberries rinsed
  • 2 medium Jalapenos, deseeded and diced small
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice (juice of 1 fresh lime)
  • 1 cup Light Brown Sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon Kosher Salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, add the cranberries, jalapenos, water, lime juice, brown sugar, and salt and mix well.

  2. Bring the mix to a boil then turn the heat down to medium-low and let simmer for 12-15 minutes, or until all the cranberries have burst.

  3. Allow the sauce to cool about 15-30 minutes to allow the sauce to thicken before serving.

  4. Store the sauce in the fridge in an airtight container.
