Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Pineapple, diced
  • 1 Cup Mango, diced
  • 1/2 Cup Green Bell Pepper, diced
  • 1/2 Cup Red Bell Pepper, diced
  • 1/2 Cup Red Onion, diced
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro, roughly chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl.  Mix thoroughly.

  2. Refrigerate for 1 hour to allow the flavors to blend.
