Simple Dijon Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup Water
  • 1/3 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper to taste
  • 2 Cups Canola Oil

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until the dressing is smooth, about 10 seconds.

    Be careful not to over blend the oil, otherwise, the dressing will have an over-pronounced oil flavor.

  2. For best results, refrigerate for an hour.
