Asparagus with Garlic and Butter
Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 pound Asparagus
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
Instructions

Snap off the first inch or so of the root end of the asparagus.

In a medium skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the asparagus, salt and pepper and cook about 5 minutes, stirring often.

Add the butter and garlic powder and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring often, to make the asparagus crispy.
